ZUCCHETTI MELTING SYSTEM FOR FLEXIBLE COATINGNew supply for packaging project
ZUCCHETTI Melting System technical features:
- Capacity from 150 Kg/h to 2000 Kg/h
- Diathermic oil pressure 3 barg
- Temperature from 150°C to 180°C
The melting systems for Hot-Melt are customized to the specific process requirement of every customer.
All systems use diathermic oil supplied by the centralized system of the plant.
Each group is equipped with a motor-pump to transfer the fluid and a special filtering system (both components are heated). An additional rigid and jacketed pipe is used for the pump-filter connection.
The motor-pump (with heated tank and conveying propeller) is supported by a special structure suitable for assembling the various components and equipped with slides for thermal expansion compensation. This structure is engineered to guarantee safe and easy collection of the Hot-Melt.
All ZUCCHETTI Melting systems are equipped with probes for Min/Max and radar sensor for continuous level measurement.
