Engineering and costruction of ZUCCHETTI fixed Side Entry mixers.
All ZUCCHETTI side entry mixers incorporate a shut-off device to allow the shaft seal and bearings to be changed under full tank conditions.
All ZUCCHETTI horizontal agitators with fixed angle are normally used in the following mixing task: blending, heat transfer, homogeneity, B.S. & W.
This application is driven by a horizontal foot mounted motor installed above the main mixer on a mounting plate with a hinged adjustment for correct belt tensioning. High-torque toothed belt drives provide long and trouble-free mixer operation reducing the maintenance activities on site.
The shaft has been designed to minimize misalignment, deflection and vibration which all affect the mechanical seal and bearing life.
ZUCCHETTI Side Entry Mixers are suitable for installation in petroleum, refinery and storage tanks.
The Side Entry Agitators are available with installed power up to 55 kW and different mechanical seal options.
The huge availability of power selection and seal options, combined with accurately size impellers, means there is a ZUCCHETTI side entry mixer available for nearly every application.
