ZUCCHETTI mixing process technology is constantly used for agitation systems characterized by high values of critical parameters such high pressure, temperature, density or viscosity for hazardous or corrosive working environment.

ZUCCHETTI utilizes a mixing system which incorporates a combination of different impellers to optimize the performance of the hydrogenation reactor.
ZUCCHETTI hydrogenators agitators can be equipped with double mechanical seals or magnetic couplings (as per customer requirement).
The special design of all ZUCCHETTI mixers for hydrogenation reactions is made up of disk with curved radial blades for gas dispersion and suspension applications plus a special vacuum system composed by an aspiration impeller and aspiration tube.
ZUCCHETTI agitation systems are able to combine the proper mixing technology to intensify the mass/liquid transfer with an improvement of the heat transfer to cool the complete reactor system ensuring fast catalytic conversion and suspension.
